Pan Fried Yellowtail with Citrus-Soy Marinade


An elegant and flavorful citrus-infused dish!

Ingredients (serves 4)

4 fillets of yellowtail

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp mirin

A few thin slices of yuzu fruit (or lemon)

1/2 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables to garnish

Method

1. Add the soy sauce, mirin, yuzu (lemon) slices and yellowtail to a dish and marinate for about 20 minutes.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the yellowtail along with the marinade. Brown the fillets on one side and then the other, spooning over the sauce as it cooks.

3. Arrange on a plate with yuzu and vegetable garnish, and serve.
