Onigiri of Bonito Flakes and Sesame


Most popular lunch menu in Japan - "Onigiri" (Rice Balls) !

Ingredients

400-500g rice 2 sachets (10g) Bonito Flakes (Katsuobushi) 1 tbsp sesame 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 sheets Nori seaweed

Method

1. Put the bonito flakes, sesame and the soy sauce to the rice and mix well.

2. Lay the cling film on the small bowl and put the rice.

3. Grab the rice over the film and make the ball in the round or triangle shape.

4. Leave the balls for a while and cover them with the nori seaweeds.
