So easy and tasty Yakitori at your home! (Japanese chicken skewers)
Ingredients (4 skewers)
80g chicken thigh1 leek1/2 green pepperLittle salt and pepper1 tbsp Sake4 wooden skewers
1. Remove the skin from the chicken thigh, and cut into 20g pieces. Sprinkle the Sake and leave.
2. Cut both the leek and the green pepper to 2cm length.
3. Thread the leek and the thigh onto wooden skewers, finishing with the green pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook the skewers on the pan over medium heat for 6 mins turning occasionally.
