Amazingly easy and tasty clam appetizer cooked with the microwave!
Ingredients (serves 4)
200g clams 200g cabbage 1/4 onion 1 tbsp white wine Little soysauce
1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and slice the onion. Wash the clams in the water.
2. Put the cabbage, clams and the onion on the microwavable dish and sprinkle the white wine. Cover with cling film and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes first. Remove and stir well, then cook for 2 minutes again.
3. When every clam has opened, put a little soysauce.
