Stay slim with fish oil!
In Japan, we eat fish practically every day. We love the taste, and know it’s good for us, so we often make it the main dish.
How about you? Are you getting your daily dose of fish? If not, you might want to give it a try!
Fish is gentle on the body, easy to digest, and packed full of high quality protein.
If you want to stay healthy, it is a great idea to incorporate fish into your daily diet. Here are just a few of the reasons why!
• Eating fish is known to help prevent heart disease.
• It is a nutritious source of high-quality protein.
• Fish oil is rich in DHA/EPA fatty acids, which help to reduce cholesterol, prevent hardening of the arteries and high blood pressure, and boost the immune system.
• The British scientific journal Scientific Reports recently reported that DHA/EPA fatty acids can also help to prevent obesity.
Herring and mackerel are particularly good choices since they are excellent sources of calcium and are packed with vitamins.
