Soybean Salad


A healthy recipe that incorporates both soybeans and seaweed! Featuring a pleasant blend of mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Ingredients (serves 4)

100g soybeans, boiled in water

1/2 cucumber

60g hard cheese

5g wakame seaweed

A dash of pepper

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp soy sauce

Method

1. Cut the cucumber in 4 lengthways, then cut into soybean-sized pieces.

2. Cut the cheese into soybean-sized pieces.

3. Soak the wakame seaweed in water until soft, then cut into soybean-sized pieces.

4. Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, soy sauce and pepper, then serve!
