Okara Croquettes


Healthy croquettes with Okara

Ingredients (makes 10-15 pcs)

200g okara

100g silken tofu

3 tbsp potato starch

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp granulated consomme

1 tsp powdered cheese

Olive oil

(For the sauce)

1 tsp whole-grain mustard

1 tsp mayonnaise

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp honey

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand or with a wooden spoon.

2. When the mixture is soft enough, shape it into croquettes.

3. Fill the bottom of a pot with a shallow layer of olive oil, heat, and fry the croquettes until golden brown.

4. Mix together the recommended sauce, or use any sauce you like!
