Simple dressing Tofu with carrots and sauce
Ingredients (serves 4)
3 tbsp White sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1. Cut the carrots into pieces about 4cm and pour hot water to leave for 5 minutes. Squeeze when it gets soft.
2. Mash the tofu and take out water with a kitchen paper.
3. Make the sauce by mixing the honey and soy sauce.
4. Add carrots and sauce to the mashed tofu. Mix well and serve!
