1. Boil or soak (see the note above) and drain the shirataki, and cut the green beans into thin diagonal slices.
2. Heat the oil, red pepper and ginger in a frying pan and then add the shirataki.
3. Once the shirataki have separated, add the canned tuna and green beans and stir fry for a moment. Turn down the heat and add the seasonings. Let the liquid boil off until all the ingredients are coated with seasoning, and you’re done!
