Okara Salad

So easy! Tastes good in sandwiches too!

Ingredients (serves 4)

150g okara

1 cucumber

1 can tuna (70g)

3 tbsp mayonnaise

A little salt and pepper

Method

1. Thinly slice the cucumber, rub with salt and dab off excess water.

2. Break up the canned tuna, add the cucumber, okara, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and serve!
