1. Peel oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces, then pour in the honey. 2. Soak the gelatin in 2 tbsp water to make the gelee. 3. Add the gelee to the hot tea and refrigerate until firm. 4. Arrange the oranges and top with the gelee and the mint.
