Baked Onion with Shred Cheese

Easy and delicious appetizer!

Ingredients (serves 2)

1 whole onion 20g shred cheese 1 tsp olive oil A little soysauce


1. Peel the onion and cut into a half sideways. Then score a cross with a knife.

2. Heat a little olive oil on a frying pan and fry the onion both sides until browned.

3. Top with the shred cheese, then cover and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.

4. Dress with the soysauce and serve!
