Fried Maitake Gyoza (Video)

Vegetarian gyoza dumplings filled with healthy Maitake mushrooms!

Ingredients (serves 6)

24 gyoza skins  

200g maitake mushrooms

60g of melted cheese  

A little green onion  

Some oil for frying


1. Lightly toast the maitake in a grill or frying pan (no oil), and break up into small chunks.

2. Chop the green onion finely.

3. Spread out the gyoza skins, fill with maitake, cheese and onion, then wrap into parcels.

4. Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry the dumplings until the skins turn crispy.
